Brothers reunited at last

After weeks of being on different wards, and even miles apart in different hospitals, last week the twins were finally reunited, and their mummy got to hold them for the first time.

Aren't they gorgeous? And I can see their sister in that frown, it's amazing that they already have those family features at that age.

Here you can see just how tiny they are, look at Mum's thumb:


They instantly recognised each other. Lewis was pulling Jenson's nose, and they were licking each other's arms as if to make sure that it was really the other brother! Especially little Jenson, who is the weaker one of the two, completely relaxed when he was being held with his brother.

As long as they are still in ICU it's only parents, siblings and grandparents who get to see them, so we're keeping our fingers crossed that they will get more healthy and grow strong so we can finally go and meet these precious little boys.

I can just look at these pictures all day long.....

  2. Thank you so much Blade! First milestone now will be to get them out of ICU so proud auntie and uncle can go and visit them. ;)
